      Hi Guys,


      Similarly to others I want to improve my range of movement in 2014, and measure the improvements month on month. I come from a cycling background and work in an office, so it’s all about the hip area. I have reviewed the videos to see what exercises to do and what muscle groups to smash. 

      I was hoping that someone could suggest tests I could do to measure improvement?

      How good position you have in the squat is one example. Take one picture per month and see if your back will get straighter for example? 

      I’d like to know this as well. I’m probably gonna use middle split and side split as measurement, would be awesome to hit those!

      If hip area I would test with deep squat and internal and external rotation angle of the leg at the hip.
