Participantim working on an article for a photography blog and i wanted to link to some videos explaining proper positions and mobility for photographers. basically standing long hours with a heavy camera in hand and or camera bag on shoulders. So I’m thinking thoracic and shoulder mobility, hips and ankles for standing. feet straight mind set along with low/no heeled shoes. Does anyone know of any specific videos that hit these topics better then other videos. does anyone have any other input of what else should be included?

Participanthmm i’m guessing for a public blog you’d want some of the older public videos? Try these:

Participantsome other good ones:
i thought it may be useful to show the typical MWODs for an office worker and traveling dude, either by car or plane which may be most photographers when they get back from the field. -
