After watching the snowflake hip pt 4 video, I realized I only have about 10 degrees of internal rotation in both hips . Do any of you have recommendations on what mobilizations/videos might help me with this?

Thanks for the reply. I did see improvement in my internal rotation when I retested. I’m excited to keep learning and hopefully get some lasting change in my hips.
