      Hello!

      Was maxing out on Front Squats Friday when I felt a slight tweak on the right side of my mid-back … basically at around 7PM on my right scapula.
      Didn’t workout over the weekend, and was warming up with back squats @ 70% on Monday and I felt a tweak/pull as I was coming up outta the hole. 
      A. Has this ever happened to anyone and…
      B. What recovery protocol do you use? Should I stretch it/roll it or just let it heal and apply heat?
      I’ve laid off the barbell all week but am dying to get back at it without re-injury…
