The right side of my mid back has some discomfort. If I take a deep breath the discomfort intensifies. I have used a lacrosse ball a handful of times and sometimes it goes away but comes back soon after, or does not go away. Normally it gets worse as the day goes on.
Has anyone experienced anything like this?
