      Given that lying triceps extension is a shoulder extension exercise, should I be generating some shoulder external rotation torque (righthand exerting clockwise pressure on bar; left hand exerting counterclockwise pressure)? 

      What would be an exercise involving the shoulder where internal rotation would be stabilizing?
