Anonymous.Jonathan GossAnyone had any experience with lumps on the lower to middle back? i have two lumps that are on both sides that are about the size of a golf ball when not rolled. When rolled they get progressively smaller and smaller. They sometimes have a dull ache.
Yes, I do have a history of back pain and tightness from an injury and wondering if this is the solution.
Is this from my injury? Is it muscle or something else.
Oh and to describe the lumps they are hard and feel like tight muscle.
