Hi, I have had issues with Plantar flexion in one of my ankles for years. I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and really struggle to sit on my knees with my feet under my butt. Any recommendations for increasing that flexibility. It feels almost painful, and creates some pain in my Achilles at the same time. Thanks for the help.
