When lying supine, I am able to draw my right leg to my shoulder (give or take 5-10 degrees) , but my left leg stops about 30 degrees before my shoulder. On pulling my leg to my shoulder i get some pain front right hip flexor wad.
I have tried multiple exercises from the book but to no avail.
