I had knee replacement surgery 10 weeks ago, and I am still really struggling with getting full extension. I am at 13 degrees on my own, and 11 degrees with my PT applying pressure. My knee has been bad for years, and I haven’t been able to full extend my knee for at least 8 years. I have remained very athletic throughout, and am a 3rd degree black belt in TaeKwonDo, and I am only 47 years old. But, the muscles in my leg simply will not allow me to fully extend. I believe it is more the gastroc than then hamstring causing my problem.

Can anyone recommend some good exercises for me that will allow me to get some stretch in the gastroc and more mobility in the knee ?

      Thanks,
      Mark
