Thanks Terry and Kaitlin, I have been going after the problem areas for a couple of month and doing some of the mobs in the videos above. I will check out the videos I have not seen and keep working at it. THanks for the response.
Are you seeing improvements with what you are doing?
I definitely see improvements, especially with the thoracic spine. Need to work more on the shoulders and the scapula, levator scapulae is a weak point for me and I often get it injured.
I also have this problem but I see that forum is kind of out of date
