The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is like having a virtual Kelly Starrett in your pocket.
My situation : i have a history of knee pain, but thanks to Kelly Starrett i could already solve a lot of problems on my own.
But when i am in a position where the knee is in a very flexed position, i still end up in pain. That happens e.g. when i kneel on the ground an sit my butt to my heels.
What can be the cause? Does it help to feed slack to the knee structure by voodoo flossing exactly in this position (band wrapped around the knee and kneel to the ground) ? What else can i do?
