      And my low back is feeling pretty beat.  Between Jackie and the heavy squats I did before I think I’m going to feel epic-ly terrible tomorrow.  Any recommendations on what I should hit?

      I was thinking about working the 3.31 hip mwod to make sure those stay pretty open.  That and some couch stretch to get ahead of the oncoming quad hurt might be enough.. but I’m open to suggestions.

      Besides all that, eat 1g of protein per pound of body weight. People underestimate the value of nutrition in recovery. As a guide, 6g of protein is in 1 oz of beef.  Grass fed beef or lamb is best.  Add in protein powder if you have to.
