After smashing some areas, such as the piriformis and sciatic area, is it good to give a day in between sessions, or is it ok to keep going at it? Because for me, I have noticed sometimes my sessions help me short term, but the next day I feel pain and tightness returning.
No days off with mobility.
In the beginning improvements can be short lived because you are breaking habits of positioning and constructing new ones. Muscles/tissues need reminders on positioning and be reset. If possible do more than one session during the day.
