      In Kelly’s ‘stop icing’ video he suggests using voodoo band compression to ‘pump’ the inflammation out of the injured area. I’m curious how frequently is optimal for doing this and how long should each session be? ie every half hour, hour, 2 hours, 3 times a day, whenever it hurts, etc?

      I believe in one video ( maybe the one with Super -D? ) He basically just rinsed and repeated until most of the swelling was gone. I’ve only had minor tweaks in my shoulder and just used it for about two minutes a shoulder after my workouts. That’s all I needed.

      How long you do it for at a time and how often you do it during the day can depend on the area, degree of inflammation,  and if you are using the voodoo or voodoo X band.
      You know when you have reached the limit. When it comes to just get it off is a good time to stop.
