Hello here all. PLEASE HELP ME 🙁
I cant normally train becouse every time when I do exercieses like squads or dead lift or enything that strongly involves the gluteal muscles I’m feeling paint just gueit upper on my sacroiliac joint 🙁 The pain goes away in a few days after strong rolling the gluteal, but it comes every time when I’m doing any exercices that involved the gluteal 🙁 Please help me if you can, because it’s quiet bad kind of pain.
