I’ve been doing some t-spine work (just got the Gemini) because I have a bit of kyphosis, but I’m wondering how you folks gauge your t-spine “tightness”. I’d like to be able to gauge progress.
Are you limited when going overhead?
Progress= does it feel better, same worse
are you able to get into the correct positions when needed.
Are you able to maintain these positions through out a wod?
