      Hello MobilityWOD,

I recently switched to a shoe (Inov-8’s) and have been seeing some great results there with squatting and running. There was some problems with my arches because they were so used to that support but I feel them getting stronger and I’m running a lacrosse ball under them etc. My question is how should I be walking? Should I land flat footed? More pointed like a weird Tendu step? My feet are facing forward and not out like a duck, but I guess it’s the strike I’m wondering about.

      Thanks for your input!

You may need to strengthen your feet some more.
This is one of the things people can hit when going to a shoe with less incline.
