I work on my mobility on a daily basis, squat holds, following your squat mobility videos on YouTube. I can comfortable touch the floor from standing forward flexion and get my hands flat and my box split is acceptable. However, I cannot tilt my pelvis anteriorly when sitting on the floor, as a result, prolonged sitting aggregates my lower back. Please could you advise what I’m lacking in flexibility for something to work on.
