Hello legion, my issue is that my hips are not aligned properly, I am compensating with one side and I used to have a blockage on my right side of my thoracic spine next to my shoulder blades. I can create more dorsiflexion with my left ankle but my right hip seem to be able to create more external rotation in a pigeon mobilization. I have every possible tool from mwod to loose up, I am following this awesome thing for almost 2 years and I admit I am obsessed to become a supple leopard. Is it a matter of time til my hips get realigned or should I change something? Thank you.
