Hi all,I have severe hip pain in the front of my hips and some tenderness if I press the front of my hip bone. I work in an elementary school and spend hours sitting in mini chairs very low to the ground. I usually sit (very un-lady like) with my knees out to the sides so I can work with kids in front of me. The pain is only minimal while sitting but standing up is slow and difficult and I feel pain with each step as weight is placed on the appropriate hip. If I stretch to the side I feel pulling from my lower abs to the top of my thighs. I am fairly flexible and have good rotation in my hips. I frequently sit cross legged (like a guy) or with one leg underneath the other. Am I over rotating? What stretches will help my situation. Thanks!
