Right above my hip, on my right side in the back, After sitting for 30-45min at a time, it becomes VERY painful, once I get up and move around, it becomes ok again, Only on my right side, and just right above the hip.Any thoughts? Suggestions? Maybe try re-setting the pelvis?Thanks all!

What are you sitting on?
30-45 minutes is past your body’s tolerance for the seat and your sitting position.

You need an organized sitting position no matter where you are sitting.
In the car take a look at the angles of the seat these may need to be adjusted

I have started taking the wallet out, I keep a pretty slim wallet though.Kaitlin, I noticed teh back of the seat is angled down a lot. I have raised the back to make it more level. I will try that!Thank you!
