I’m a runner but have taken a few months off but not first run in those months.
Usual story no warm up no cool down. Merrell 0 rise shoes, always barefoot otherwise. Slight pronation. Probably need pay attention to form and foot strike.
What I want to know is what mobilizations to use for this type of issue. Voodoo ankle going though RoM? Maybe upstream?
It’s fine. I’ll put a little more work in to the warm up. Was just a little too eager to get back into the swing of things skipping the warmup.
