      I have a groin pain that force me out of running. Started to lift weights and the same area is giving me problems while squatting. I am reading “Ready to Run” and discovering the mobility wood site. Any help or suggestions?

      Take a look at your warm up.
      May be missing some elements there to get you prepared to run and/or lift.
