I have a certain amount of groin that has me concerned. A year ago I got surgery for Inguinal hernia, so I am not sure if this has anything to do with it. The surgery was a success and I don’t feel pain there When I perform the abductor machine I feel slight pain in groin area. I don’t have any groin pain while I am running or walking. I don’t even feel it when I am sitting. What type of Mobility exercise could relieve this pain if any?
