I have seen some PTs post images claiming there are ways to correct bow legs and knock knees. I have been searching the inter webs to find these methods but most of my searches ended up on sketchy websites where I pay for the “bow leg cure miracle”. Could anyone chime in with some advice on daily movements I can do to help myself? Thanks all
