      Hello all. Need a little help with movement cues for generating torque from the shoulders during dumbbell bench press, with a traditional grip. Anyone have a couple of useful pointers? 

      Second question: To mix things up, would it be beneficial to mirror the movement in the ring pushup and ring dip, starting with the hands in a “12 o’ clock” position and ending at “1 o’ clock”?
