I am ten days out from a full hip replacement looking for some guidance on rehab and strengthening protocols. I was in very good shape going in, am mostly pain free, walking. No narcotics and minimal anti-inflamitories.
I cannot find a search function anywhere on the site.

You can search the archive from the Virtual Mobility Coach
Second row on the right option “Search Mobility Wod Archive”
Search using different words for what you are looking for.
From The Ready State App you can access Kelly’s Down Regulation Classes
Kelly did several post surgery posts on instagram and instagram stories following his knee replacement.
Yes, these do not address your specific question, however, information within could be applied to your situation.
Kelly’s wife had a hip replacement and I believe there were some posts on that. Off the top of my head I don’t know the exact posts.

I searched the site before I posted my question and I just searched it again. If you read my note above, you would know that I already searched the site. I do not see anything there. I am really disappointed that it takes more than three weeks to get a response. I would think that a paid subscription service would be able to offer a response within a day or two. That is terrible.
I did get Kelly’s article on prep for surgery and I have been doing the down regulation work.

I did read your initial post.
In your first post you said “I cannot find a search function anywhere on the site.” This is why I replied with where to search the archive. Searching the archive can take some refining of terms and/or multiple searches because there are so many episodes within the archive. Yes, it can seem like work. Yes, there are several places to look based on the amount of information on the site, app, instagram, etc.
10 days out is a time you need to be following your doctor’s protocols etc., then PT when cleared.
This is a situation that is in a doctor’s scope to comment on.
I had an important trip and I was not on my computer. I had a sizable change within my life which I was working through.
I’m not making excuses, however, I had some things which needed my attention.
I help people within the forum because I like to help people solve their problems, get things in a better place, and/or work through a situation. I have personal experience working through a pretty serious situation which gives a different perspective on working through an injury and/or recovery time. If I can help someone to avoid mistakes I made or give perspective on a situation/experience that may help a shift in perspective on something they are experiencing that is why I do it.
