      Interesting view from world class powerlifter Dan Green. Knees move in at the bottom of the squat to gain more speed when coming back up.  Goes against  a lot from what I’ve learned from kstar and the mobility wod. I submitted a question , but I know he gets a lot of requests.  Wondering if someone could give an opinion.
