      I have been dealing with pain in both forearms for quite some time.  As crazy as it sounds it used to be worse in right forearm but now is worse in my left.  I use to only feel it when doing wide grip pulls and could do chin ups without a problem.  Now I feel it during any kind of pull up and bicep curls.  I have been to chiropractor who performed SMR release with no relief.

      It has been over a year now.  I have stopped pull-ups altogether for over four months but it has not gotten any better.
      I have tried the muscle floss and massaging with a lacrosse ball.  
      The pain is more on the inside of my forearm near the radial nerve and more towards the elbow.
      Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
