Does it matter which order one does mobilization in? For example, is it better to Floss and Smash, then do Joint Distractions. I read Becoming a Supple Leopard and I don’t remember this being a thing. Although, my physiotherapist has indicated that it is. Also I saw a youtube video on Hip mobilization that said that was a better idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RU8K3UAF_JA&t=5s. Wonder your thoughts.
