When you say screw your feet into the ground, what direction are you screwing. I was thinking outboard to open the hips (right foot twists to right with heel as focal point and left foot twists left). Just wanted to make sure … just getting started on fixing my form.
Not necessarily turning your foot out. 9-11 degree turnout is the range.
