I’ve been training with a trainer who follows Kelly closely and has crafted my workouts based upon “Becoming a Supple Leopard” (his “bible”!). It’s working miracles for me. Strength training is especially important for me as a 61 year old woman with hyperflexibility, moderately severe arthritis, and scoliosis. They appear to focus on power and velocity …. speed of lifts …. which makes me wonder about whether it is counter to Kelly’s approach….just wondering!
