      I’ve been training with a trainer who follows Kelly closely and has crafted my workouts based upon “Becoming a Supple Leopard” (his “bible”!).  It’s working miracles for me.  Strength training is especially important for me as a 61 year old woman with hyperflexibility, moderately severe arthritis, and scoliosis.  I’ve located this device http://www.trainwithpush.com/what-push-measures/ and am wondering if anyone has tried it.  They appear to focus on power and velocity …. speed of lifts …. which makes me wonder about whether it is counter to Kelly’s approach….just wondering!

      my PUSH shipped! looking fwd to getting it.

      it is not counter to MWOD teachings.  but it in itself doesn’t support MWOD. it only measures your power output. so yes you can see how much weight you’re moving, and how fast you’re moving it. But you still have to manage form by yourself. 
      just yet another tool in our toolbox on measuring progress.
