Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
My feet normally are in duck feet position . When I’m walking people always tell me why is your feet looking outwards? And it really shows when I do a seated hamstring stretch (so basically sitting with feet straight and then bending over to tough torso to knees ) my feet always turn outwards on their own and it feels like that’s their natural position. And I have to work to get them to be straight. What is wrong exactly and what video should I watch that addresses this problem?
