Our work with elite athletes serves as the proving grounds for our methods. Most people don’t play professional sports. But if our methods help athletes at the highest levels, they can work for anyone.
I severely sprained my ankle about 3 months ago(tear of ATFL ligament), now its mostly healed and I can run, jump without pain. Started barbell squatting again recently and realised that the ankle dorsiflexion is extremely poor in the injured ankle by doing a wall test and comparing with my non injured ankle. I have tried searching continuously for ways to increase dorsiflexion following a ankle sprain, however, I mostly only find information about increasing dorsiflexion in general such as due to tight calves, or pinching sensation at front of ankle, nothing specific for post sprain ankle stiffness. When I try move my knees over my toes, my achilles tendon feels very stiff as well. Cheers for any help 🙂
