Hey guys, just had this flare up today. Tired to LX ball anterior tibialis/general anterior compartment and no relief. I know better than to ice, any suggestions? A little background, i actually rolled my ankle on Thursday, not a big deal, but i have a funny feeling this has something to do that ankle roll. Thanks for any help!
Sometimes this is caused from poorly fitting shoes or shoes tied too tight.
Tight calf can be an impacting factor.
Resting it for a day or 2 may do the trick.
