      Hey guys,
      I have an athlete with “exercise induced compartment syndrome”, my thoughts are to voodoo floss her calves for 15-20 minutes a day or longer depending on the results. Also planned on using the small battle star as a “stick” and hopefully unglued tissues that way. Any other thoughts to avoid surgery?
