Hello,for years I have problems with my elbow (mainly tennis elbow but also the inside hurts sometimes). To fix it I do the voodoo flossing daily. Should I do these more than once a day? And can you recommend other exercises to get the elbows back to strong and painfree?Thanks!

Yes, you can voodoo floss more than once a day.

Those episodes hit different aspects of the elbow. And up/down stream of the elbow.
System of systems.
You will determine which you get the most results from and use those.
There may be different components of it based on compensations your body is making.
Start chipping away at it.
