        Hi there, can anyone help me collect ideas on downregulation (especially for the lower back) to 

        be done as part of a daily toolset for faster and better sleep?
        I seem to be looking through the dailies not knowing where to start.
        Any tips are appreciated…

          Some additional episodes about down regulation & sleep. There are a couple others that hit on aspects.

          Pro Episode: Sleep Density
          Keep an eye out for additional installments.
          Recommend attending the MIWOD specialty course Functional Yoga For Athletics.
          Solid course with immediately actionable info and experiences. You don’t need a yoga background to attend the course.

          Smashing before bed is another way to elicit a deeper sleep.

              These aren’t Daily MIWods so there may be others within the DailyIMWOD archive.
              The daily MIWOD today addresses cool down.
