Soooo… right shoulder is in a ton of pain.. Internal rotation is non-existent.. I have pain in anterior where I’m guessing that the subscap inserts.. I have pain in the posterior from Infraspinatus/Teres Minor… pain where the pec inserts into the shoulder.. feels like my humerus is hanging out of its socket.. constantly getting knots in my traps.. putting my arm overhead is painful anywhere after parallel to the ground.. I absolutely CANNOT put my arm behind my back
so like the title says I don’t even know where to start.. I’ve had shoulder problems in the past but I’ve been able to self diagnose and repair them but this time so much is going on I don’t know where to start

Was there any incident that brought on this new bought of shoulder pain? If what you’ve tried in the past has not been helping and you’ve taken a crack at it yourself then perhaps it’s time to seek out a medical pro. There is a lot going on and having a good physical exam could help sort out where you should start. Try and find a physio or doc who is familiar with lifting or being active.
