I just received copies of some x-rays on my neck. I have massive headaches. To me it looks like my neck is too straight. I’ve seen some videos with techniques that aim at restoring cervical lordosis. I would just like to get an opinion here if that would be a good idea for me to try. Thank you so much.
My thoracic spine has the same problem. The statement from the doctors says (roughly translated) “straightened neck and thoracic pillar. no visible vertebral or skeletal change”.
So if I understand it correctly I need to restore cervical lordosis and probably do something with my thoracic region too?
