      i was rolling through some really old MWOD videos and replayed this one:

      i was wondering if this community had some favorite ways of training open torque for either/both the upper or lower body.  

      it seems that rings are a great way to do it with upper body. are there any other ways that people use for upper body?

      for lower body, one legged squats were mentioned in the video for lower body – maybe one legged pistol training? any others that people like?
