I seem to have tweaked something in my left forearm/bicep after some power cleans.
When I try to carry or curl anything a sharp pain hits my firearm at the elbow pit. I’ve flossed it like mad and smashed the area with a lacrosse ball. Any ideas? By the way pull ups hurt as well.
