I’ve had a minor bout of Golfer’s Elbow lately and have been working to clean up my triceps as part of my overall strategy. One thing I notice is, when I place my hands on hips, I get what feels like a terrific stretch through my triceps. Yet I’ve never seen anyone on the net or otherwise recommend this. The overhead triceps stretches – banded and otherwise – can occasionally feel sketchy for my shoulder so I proceed with caution. Could the hands on hips variation be doing anything?
