I’ve had a minor bout of Golfer’s Elbow lately and have been working to clean up my triceps as part of my overall strategy. One thing I notice is, when I place my hands on hips, I get what feels like a terrific stretch through my triceps. Yet I’ve never seen anyone on the net or otherwise recommend this. The overhead triceps stretches – banded and otherwise – can occasionally feel sketchy for my shoulder so I proceed with caution. Could the hands on hips variation be doing anything?
Have you voodoo banded your golfer’s elbow?
If you see differences with that stretch do it.
This hits where your restriction is the overhead ones aren’t hitting that.
