Hello, I have found all of this advice to be extremely helpful. I have been doing couch stretches and I have found that it REALLY hurts my feet. I think that my feet are being strained too much, is there any way to modify this stretch so it doesn’t hurt my foot ? I have tried bending my foot, but it seems that I don’t get the quad stretch (that is one of the main purposes of the exercise).
Where is your foot pain located?
Top of the foot?
Take a look at plantar flexion

Bottom of the foot?
Use a supernova to peel away on the bottom of the foot.
Work left and right as well as up and down the foot.
