Kelly or anyone else, after seeing your video on ice I’ve been using compression with my voodoo bands for any joint swelling/injuries to great success. However, I’m wondering what’s the best way to apply compression to something like the big toe joint (or similarly small joints/connective tissue in the hand/foot)? I’m a bit uncertain about wrapping my forefoot with the voodoo bands with so many small bones and ligaments there. Is it safe or is there something else you would recommend for this area?
