      I find that my shoulders make quite a lot of grinding/clicking noises when in the gym. It seems to be when I do anything in the overhead position (pull ups, pressing etc) and when I’m actively driving for an externally rotated shoulder.
      I’ve got fairly good ROM in the shoulders when I test them, but is it possible that forcing them into these tight, rotated positions under load is causing some friction or something?
