Gio Fitzgerald.Gio FitzgeraldHi, I’ve got a tear in the posterior knee capsule, and I can’t seem to clear the swelling. Tried compression and taping etc. Took some NSAIDs in desperation, but they didn’t help that much. Any help appreciated.
