imagine the typical “quad stretch” where you put your foot up behind your butt and then your hand grabs it. I notice that the bottom of my hamstring causes restriction for my arm to reach my foot. I am smashing it and not experiencing any kind of pain, so I feel like the tissue is normal. I am also doing banded distractions with the good morning and push outs but I feel like those only work my high hamstrings. Am I missing anything?
