Nicholas Walker.Sophie KerCreates an uncomfortable gapping pain in the side of the knee. Kelly always says to cradle the knee if this is the case, but never seems to address where this comes from. It’s especially annoying because this seems to have come out of nowhere. Thoughts?

Nicholas WalkerSmash the TFL region, Use PNF for the same region: Lay on your back – left leg straight – right ankle slightly above left knee – let your knee fall: From there do some contract and relacing for abour 2 mins each side: 5 times a day. This HELPS! At least try it 😉
